This place is nothing short of wonderful.

This place is nothing short of wonderful. The host went above and beyond even letting us know we could check in early. The bright and airy condo is perfect for a couples weekend or a months long stay. Could not ask for anything more than this place provided.

Honestly, I came to attend a wedding. If I had more time off, I would have really enjoyed my stay. It was clean, beautiful and noise free! I rested very well. I had the 1 bedroom queen suite, with 2 beds. Full kitchen, living room and table to eat on. Very nice and and reasonably priced.

Downtown Phoenix has so much life to it, it can be overwhelming. You don't want to miss anything but it's impossible to catch everything. When I go, it's always for a purpose and I pick at least 2 things I want to do outside of what my plans were. Getting around is fairly easy as everything is within walking distance, its just that Phx heat though that'll get ya. Stay hydrated folks.

Too hot, motel was very nice with an-easy=to=use a/c system. Location bad, because no reswtaurants nearby. Property could provide a list of food delivery options with phone numbers, and provide lotion in each room. I did get the extra pillows I asked for.

I didn't like anything at all about this hotel the whole...

I didn't like anything at all about this hotel the whole place is under construction, there's paint and sheetrock dust everywhere. The room I had was terrible sheetrock dust and paint all over the floor, the mirror in bathroom was filthy, the light switches was filthy, the seat in the handicap shower was all tore up with staples sticking out everywhere, mold all over the shower floor and walls the floor of the shower was all cracked up ,people next door to us was screaming, fighting so loud couldn't even hear the TV,across the hall dogs were barking so loud couldn't think. The pool was filthy with trash floating around in it.Hot tub looked all green and looked like a sewage pond with trash floating in it.I checked in at 3pm I checked out at 6pm the same night it was a horrible experience. Then i booked the hotel online and it gave me the option to pay now or pay at the property so i chose to pay at the property upon my arrival but i woke up at 4:30 am and the hotel had already took the money from my account. The advertising online is nothing like what is advertised. It says nothing about the whole hotel being under construction. If it would've I would have never rented a room there.I could relax couldn't even get in the shower cuz I'm handicap and the shower was so filthy and full of mold I wouldn't bath my dog in there if I had one I want a full refund on my money.i wouldn't recommend anyone stay at this hotel for quite some time the whole experience was horrible

Unless you like hiking with consistent desert scenery, museums, or zoos, after a few days there isn’t much to do. I checked out the Calle 16 Project, Dobbins Lookout, South Mountain & Papago Park, Sonoran Preserve, Melrose, and a handful of restaurants. The preserve and parks may save you money vs visiting the Botanical Gardens.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever experienced. The room is quiet and spacious, equipped with all the kitchen essentials, including a microwave, stove, a huge fridge, a dishwasher, and even a washer-dryer. There’s a pool and a barbecue area in the backyard, and everything is brand new. The hotel is exceptionally quiet, with no surrounding noise. The bed is comfortable, with plenty of pillows, a wireless phone charger, and a large flat-screen TV.

Second time staying at the hotel. This time I got a stylish and bigger room with desk which made it really convenient to work. Again, really clean and centrally located with a few, nice restaurants across the street. Great management team which makes your stay easier
