North Eastern CT is our home we travel back 2-3 times a year...
North Eastern CT is our home we travel back 2-3 times a year. All 4 seasons in Plainfield are spectacular! Traveling the back country roads seeing all the land in its glory it truly a paradise. Our last visit the leaves had just begun changing and th smell of fall was in the air! Anytime you can get here GO!!

They double booked not only mine but also the woman behind...
They double booked not only mine but also the woman behind me leaving us both stranded in a booked up area. We both had confirmation # mine from booking.com and the woman behind me had confirmation from the hotel. I had to pay over $100 MORE due to scrambling to get a room anywhere. And although they had a room for the second night he still charged me going rate even though he knew I had a reservation.Thrte was also a dead mouse outside of my room laying in the corridor .

The breakfast was good. There was one morning where some of the things needed were not out but it was clear the hotel was understaffed that weekend. Every one of the staff there was very pleasant and accommodating when asked for help. It just took awhile for them to be able to assist.

The hotel was clean, toiletries and towels were provided, reception staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't use any of the facilities - so can't comment on them, but for a comfortable, quiet place to stay met all our requirements.

Hotels was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Water pressure was great. Air conditioner worked great. Lady who checked us in Saturday evening was very nice and friendly.

Family visit travel. 2 years ago hotel a little shabby. This visit way different and excellent. A bit pricey for my budget but it was last minute. Good visit overall.

It was a little overpriced for one night and the breakfast option was limited. However the hotel was very clean, nice rooms and bathroom and I slept comfortably.
