The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were also very accommodating and understanding of our needs. The late checkout was amazing! We had everything we needed and the room was lovely and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here! :)

The location is a bit out of the way, but I didn't see that as a bad thing. It was quiet, no street noise at all. The hotel itself looked amazing. I was not expecting it to look like a way more expensive hotel. The gym and pool area were very nice. I didn't eat breakfast so I can't speak about that. My room was lovely, and the bed and pillows were very comfy.
