Staff were phenomenal, from reception (there was one girl I wish I could remember her name but she was training in another person and she was SO HELPFUL!), to breakfast staff etc it was outstanding service and nothing was a problem. Facilities were 10/10 and everything was so clean. The cleaning of the room each day was also 10/10.

the hotel location is 2 minuets walk from the entrance to the park. the breakfast is unbelievable. the restaurant serves the breakfast and everything from the menu is possible. then they charge the hotel for the dish price. you are only responsible for the tip. the dishes are great, you just need to reserve a table in advance since the restaurant is full most of the time. the hotel has a great heated pool and Jacuzzi. the views of the river and the cliffs from the rooms is great. the room we got was perfect for a family of 5 and the kitchen was fully equipped.

Very warm welcome, fantastic location with great views to the mountains. Plain, but very comfortable rooms and I liked having a balcony to sit and watch the landscape. Our first night on our trip with colder temperatures, but we stayed warm and comfy in the room.
