The kindness of Teresa and Tim, you feel like you're part of the family as soon as you step in. Their house is so beautiful, the bedroom we had was very nice. The garden is wonderful, with a direct view on the Kings River, it feels really relaxing. We played there with their dog, who's a very good boy. The neighborhood is quiet. The breakfast was delicious! The recommendations we received were great!

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations, making it an excellent value for the price. Really nice staff, great accommodations, smells awesome the moment you walk in. I know that sounds weird but the place smells really clean and fresh. Also nice coffee station right at reception, there day and night. Netflix streams on big tv which is a nice touch. Bed is comfortable and you have elaborate control on the temp and fans. They say cats and dogs welcome... never heard cats welcome, but we have three so if we ever need to evacuate, we're coming here.

Excellent location in Clovis near to Old Town. Excellent for a stop between doing Yosemite and then King's Canyon / Sequoia Natonal Parks.Excellent value for money. Very modern hotel with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.
