Love older hotels with charm and history. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great for walking around town. New Year's Eve dinner in the Italian restaurant was very festive and tasty.

A nice historic hotel in the center of small town Santa Paula. We particularly enjoyed talking to the bartender, an experience of its own. The room was nice and tidy. The area is clean and safe.

The wifi worked well, parking was for free and the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel served good food
