Santa Rosa is a small town, I went there to visit my mother...
Santa Rosa is a small town, I went there to visit my mother in law’s family. She grew up there and in puert de Luna. Blue hole is right in front of this hotel so that was amazing. I just really wish there was a pool. You will find lakes around Santa Rosa and Pecos river. the silver moon restaurant which was delicious.

You people were unwilling to help solve this problem, and...
You people were unwilling to help solve this problem, and kept referring me to the 3rd party saying it was the hotels responsibility. Your representatives were rude and short with their answers and actions.
I will continue to give terrible reviews to both parties involved, and can only hope that PayPal will help me solve this issue.

Lobby and staff were pleasant. Room was clean.
Lobby and staff were pleasant. Room was clean. Noise from freeway was terrible. The breakfast was cold eggs and bacon. Not up to the usual standards of Holiday Inn Express. Town needs more dinner options. Silver Moon is not very good.

LOVED Chico's Mexican Restaurant...authentic mexican food at a resonable price in a fun, festive family-run environment.
Was sad that Route 66 Auto Museum was not open during the hours listed on Google. We were able to see a few gems in their parking lot, but tried calling the number online and got no answer. Would have loved to visit.

Santa Rosa is a cute little town, drive around and explore.
Santa Rosa is a cute little town, drive around and explore. The Blue Hole is pretty, a nice swim, if it's summer. The car museum is great! Nice park downtown & cute shops. Some beautiful older homes, buildings & churches - great photo ops. Good restaurants too

I di like that this was a pet friendly hotel.
I di like that this was a pet friendly hotel. The staff here also seemed to pick up animal feces very well. A hotel which I chose to stop at on my return trip, was very very uncared(dirty) for and there was pet feces just everywhere outside. Very disappointing and I certainly will not stay there again, ever, it was not an Econo hotel. MH

WARNING!!!! if you book this motel you will not get a refund when you arrive and find scorpions and rats in your room. Booking.com should remove this motel from their web site, and be held liable for booking at hotels like this. The deadbolt on the door did not work, probably because the door has been kicked in before.

Great hotel! It was clean, comfortable, and affordably priced. I stayed at many La Quinta hotels on my trip and they were all well kept, clean and comfortable. The only thing that varied was the pet deposit, it was individual to the specific location.

We planned a last minute trip to the lake and needed a place to stay on short notice. The hotel was conveniently located to the lake & within our price range. Staff was very friendly. Check-in was easy.
