There were holes in every sheet up to 3 inches in diameter...

There were holes in every sheet up to 3 inches in diameter and one top sheet had the entire top ripped off and it was ragged. Mildew around tub and tub faucet and many other maintenance issues. We would have left after the first night, but we were not able to secure a room in another hotel on short notice.

Staff here is great .I was not please with having someone above me disrupting my family sleep all through the night till 3 am.Wish I knew ahead of time that the pool was still close would rethink facility

I will say that the employees over this hotel gave me the best service that I have ever had, The front desk stuff (Guy & Lady) they performed professionally and efficiently. So if there is a 7 star rating, then they deserve it. Service room daily, great people. At checkout very smooth and professional. Great location,nextdoor to shops and stores. I will come back again. Thanks a lot for great service.

The location was wonderful. I didn’t want to stay directly in the heart of the city. This hotel is about 25 minutes east of downtown, and the city of Santee is beautiful. I also loved that the pool was clean and there were no children around. My stay was as quiet and peaceful as desired.
