You can also find forest preserves for biking trails, and the city also offers public transportation (Pace buses) and Metra train on the south side of the city.

    We had a nice trip!

    We had a nice trip! We got in Friday evening and were still able to have food delivered right to our hotel room. We spent a good amount of Saturday at Legoland but it unfortunately rained the entire day so we didn’t make it to the mall like we were planning. We enjoyed our hotel and being from rural Wisconsin it was nice that the area wasn’t too busy and even better it was quiet.

    I loved the room! It was very comfortable.

    I loved the room! It was very comfortable. The bed was great! The people at the front desk made you feel welcome. Laughing and joking with you! The location was great! Restaurants close by🥰 and the mall! You can’t loose when they are both in walking distance!

    I work in Chicago 1 week a month and have been doing this...

    I work in Chicago 1 week a month and have been doing this for 4 years. I was looking for a nice safe place to stay and was thrilled to finally found Schaumburg. Lot's of shops and restaurants. Easy access to all the major highways. Downtown Chicago is just down the road if you can deal with the traffic.

    No tv guide so had to go thru channels one by one, wait thru commercials, try and figure out what was playing, go to next channel. Made tv virtually useless. Shower head was so low I had to use grab bar to lean way back and bend head backwards to wash hair. Very dangerous and left me with a backache. Toilet exceptionally low with no grab bar. I forgot two nice blouses in closet. Front desk assured me housekeeping checked closets after departure and would put belongings in lost and found. They must not have checked and next guests stole my blouses. Very, very unpleasant experience. Front desk unhelpful.

    The staff was very unfriendly not a single smile from a single person. The amenities were practically nonexistent. There was hardly any lights on in the building. It was being renovated I think because there was hammering all day. I checked out two days early. The clerk never uttered a word the whole check in or out creepy!

    forgot my Apple Watch at the hotel. I called, and the staff said they would keep it safe. But when I went there, my watch wasn’t there. I showed them that the location was still showing at the hotel on my phone. A manager there, who seemed to be Indian, spoke to me very harshly and said, “Call the police if you want.” We called the hotel again, and they told us, “We will keep the watch safe until you come, and we’ll give it to you when you arrive.” But when I got there, they didn’t give it back.

    The room was very clean however i paid over $500 to not be served with hot breakfast. The breakfast is very poor here. The location is very poor as well for the price. Chicago hotels are better and serves hot breakfast/lunch and a view for the same amount. Overall the staff was ok and the stay was ok. I will not be returning or recommending.
