The bed was comfy. I slept well. The staff was nice.

The only issue that I had with my stay was the hotub was not working like I was told would be. And the bathtub had a bunch of black curly hairs in it 🤮
Overall the stay was good. But the bathtub was my biggest concern because it obviously was not cleaned properly.

Disappointed that the heat was not on in the room prior to...
Disappointed that the heat was not on in the room prior to my arrival has I had made a reservation for the room. Also disappointed that I had to go through the process of programming the tv. Also I had to mess with the electrical cords to get everything to work.

First off either booking.com messed up. Or hotel did not update info on hotel. When we booked it it was for the pool and hot tub. It stated pool available. Both were closed.. also breakfast usually has sausage or bacon no meat at all. Overall very disappointed. To late to cancell and found no customer service number to contact. Booking.com site said there was but couldn't find it on app. I should of called hotel directly. Instead of trusting Booking.com

Stay was quiet and room was very clean. Check in was prompt. Numerous restaurants were close by which made it convenient after an 8 hour drive, didn't really want to drive more after the initial trip, so it was nice to see the restaurants close by. Breakfast was ready as described by Hotel, coffee was pretty good also.
