South boston is up and coming, lots of new growth in the...
South boston is up and coming, lots of new growth in the area. New food chains and grocery stores have moved in. The high school was being rebuilt. This place is an hour from Richmond and thirty minutes from the new casino.

The area has some pretty good architecture and nature trails...
The area has some pretty good architecture and nature trails. I was there for a international race event which was quite good. I wouldn't recommend staying too long as there isn't much to see and good food is hard to come by. I do recommend checking out Cotton at Riverside Mill s its the best food with in 2hours of South Boston

As it happens I thought I was booking a hotel in South Boston Mass and I was booked into South Boston Virginia... So cannot comment on the property in question. I will say that the very professional polite and practical woman I spoke to Virginia was exceptional understood the mix-up entirely and she's really bloody good for booking.com if that leads one to her

Price and location. If you are a contractor this is probably the cheapest spot with grocery store behind you to get cheaper food and cold beer. AC/Heat might work and Dish TV might be up? But its economical.

The location of the hotel was fine. The location of the handicap room sucked. The shower was nice but the bathroom was small. No room for adaptive equipment. The food was so so. Check-in staff friendly.
