This hotel was a real find and I would highly recommend staying here. The location was excellent. So easy to get around on foot or by tube. The staff we very friendly. Spotlessly clean. Good size room. No noise Elevators worked. Tea/ coffee making facilities.

Design of interior rooms, lobby, etc. was modern, clean, crisp and ergonomic. Quality in size of room, hardware and all furnishings, loved the automatic blackout screen and sheer curtains, large windows with view. Service and staff response quick, friendly and efficient.

Nice and pleasant hotel in a perfect location. The area is calm, safe and yet full of restaurants and bars. It is easy to get to mid and uptown and also to Brooklyn. The staff was accommodating and helpful. We will certainly return to this hotel.

The Henry Norman Hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. We really enjoyed the laid-back vibe and the restaurants and bars nearby. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Moreover, we had a coffee machine in our room, which was a big plus. The view from the terrace is amazing, especially at sunrise. All of the staff were really friendly and attentive. We definitely hope to come back.

The hotel is conveniently located just off of Times Square, one block from a sub way station. The hotel is relatively small and as such offers a more personal service where the staff refer to you by name. I felt safe in this hotel.

I felt safe in this hotel. Very quiet and just a walking distance to all these restaurants and stores. I was very impressed that it’s very clean and had no issues with noise. Stay here. You’re near the airport, shopping areas and it feels like you are in Egypt.

This place was dirty and the sheets were not clean, the fire...

This place was dirty and the sheets were not clean, the fire alarm was not installed correctly and was not even activated, fire hazard. Room had trash on the floor underneath the bed so you know they don't clean thoroughly. The neighborhood is loud as heck at night even 2 am, which is not their fault but there wasnt any curtains to dampen the sound. Im sure that soundproofing was not even on their mind making the hotel.

Spotless clean, close to LaGuardia Airport, everything...

Spotless clean, close to LaGuardia Airport, everything appeared brand new. Bed pillows and sheets fresh crisp and clean. Could see Manhattan out the window. Neat Morrican Neighborhood with little cafes restaurants and food carts.
