Just like the reviews, very clean, especially the male staff in the afternoon shift was very enthusiastic and helped us connect to the WiFi. The location is very good, very convenient for gas and meals. There is also a large supermarket. Satisfied.

Aside from the fact that the washroom lock latch was broken and falling out of the wall when we arrived in our room and the panel to the breaker box was wide open, the rest of the unit was clean and comfortable. I liked that even though our party booked two rooms, we were put on the same floor just down the hall from each other. The pool was really nice, not as deep as I prefer, but it was perfectly clean and a really nice temperature.

I like the fact that it was in a good location, but that’s it really. The staff need to be more attentive to customers needs and smile when they are serving customers. It looks unprofessional when staff are eating at the back while customers are waiting at the desk to be checked in.

Compared to other Hampton Inn’s we have stayed at, the room was awful. It had a peculiar odor. It was not as clean as I expected. The tile had mildew and the tub wasn’t the cleanest. The water didn’t go right down the shower and the toilet seat was loose. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. There was also no makeup remover or lotion on the vanity. The breakfast was so/so. The TV was out because of a thunder storm, and in general if we had planned on staying in the room other than to sleep, we’d have left.

Very pleasant place, easy access to shopping centers, close to Sawgrass Mills. Good selection of restaurants. The city is very organized and clean, getting around is easy, and traffic flows smoothly. Close to the airport.

It's very easy to get around, the Sawgrass Mills outlet mall is very close, and there are many dining options. There's also a Walmart very near Sawgrass Mills. The freeways are easily accessible and very close.

It's a good hotel, well located, with attentive staff.

It's a good hotel, well located, with attentive staff. The problem is that they refuse to accept deliveries at reception, for example, purchases made online, and this ends up complicating the stay, since it's common for people to buy things online. But, overall, the hotel is good and comfortable. Great pool! The rooms aren't cleaned every day, but every other day.

The person at the check-in desk was very unfriendly.

The person at the check-in desk was very unfriendly. They didn't even greet me when I arrived and, on top of that, they spent about four minutes going through paperwork without helping me. The lobby smelled bad. The room smelled of cigarettes and wasn't completely clean; I found trash on the floor. One day there was no hot water. Breakfast was just coffee and juice. The elevator was dirty and the outside areas were quite neglected.
