My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this establishment. The location was close to our family that we were visiting and to the mall. The location is was close to restaurants. The only issue we had was on our last night there with the noise next door, we called the front desk and the situation was handled immediately. We will definitely stay at this location again.

This was my first time at the Sonesta Select Hotel. In fact, the hotel's name was all new to me. Guided by the reviews on booking.com, the great photos of the property and of course the price, I was happy to make an online reservation. I am so pleased I selected this hotel. The property was clean and inviting. The room decor was simple elegant with modern furnishing and amenities such as an ironing board and a good working iron. The staff was excellent. Two thumbs up for the front desk team. I arrived on property approximately 2 hours before check in time and a vacant room was quickly identified and I was allowed to access same early at no extra charge. The hotel's Airport Shuttle was a big plus. As it was my first time in Philadelphia, moreso as a transit passenger, I was more than happy to be picked up promptly by way of a simple call to alert the hotel of my arrival. The Shuttle Driver was very professional and knowledgeable and by way of his quick online intervention on check-out morning, I was able to confirm the correct departure terminal. I was only looking for an affordable place to crash for the night until my next flight but I got a whole lot more..an excellent room at a great price and A-grade hospitality (which included room deliveries). The only missing peice from this fabulous experience was breakfast. You guys should consider adding Continental Breakfast to the package and open the Resturant earlier in the afternoon. Since check-in time is 4:00pm and guests may arrive early and hungry, like myself, the restaurant would be the ideal place to pass the time if room is not ready.
