United StatesExceptional guest service by front desk staff. Since there is no phone service, and I am a psychologist who expected to have phone sessions, I was taking aback to find out that I would not have use of my cell phone. The Lovely woman, upfront offered to for me to use their landline and she was otherwise exceptionally friendly and helpful. I actually enjoyed the fact that no one could reach me. It was incredibly peaceful. The grounds are beautiful with tall pine trees and the river on the side of the property. It was relaxing and enjoyable.

Peaceful, relaxing, atmosphere, cozy cabin and exceptional,...
Peaceful, relaxing, atmosphere, cozy cabin and exceptional, friendly and helpful front desk staff made this trip very enjoyable. After a long day of traveling and seeing crater lake, it was a welcome respite. The only problem I had was that there is no Internet or cell service, which was inconvenient because I am a psychologist and was expecting to have phone sessions when I arrived. The Very friendly woman at the front desk offered for me to use the landline. I actually enjoyed not having any contact with the world for the evening. It was extremely peaceful for me. I would stay here again .
