Candace and Charly are lovley hosts. The Motel has a little Market that has everything you need. Our room has pretty new interieur and a wonderful design. That by the way did the hosts on their own. In total just a wonderful place to stay. We´re looking forward for our next visit at Sugarloaf Mountain Motel in Virginia City.

Awesome Front Desk Team, when arrived I was treated very nice and friendly. I've stayed at this location several times, every since Covid-19, probably 5 - 6 times since, and every time has been an extreme pleasure. Lovely hotel. Location near highway but quiet. Staff at checkin were very welcoming and friendly. Room was very spacious, clean and super well equipped. Super comfy bed. Managers social at night provided food she had prepared for all guests including free beer and wine. Very unexpected and nice. Huge, comfy outdoor seating area. Enjoyed a delightful time in the whirlpool. Breakfast items were hot as well as cold. All was delicious.

We were there because my husband was having foot surgery at Carson-Tahoe hospital. We told the woman that when we checked in and she put us in the nearest room to the entrance. It was so easy to get him in our room. We were less than five minutes to the hospital. I really appreciated all of this, since he was still a little groggy.
