The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable The facilities were clean The bagel, yogurt, cereal, and juice continental breakfast was more than enough to feed us and get us through the days we had planned until our next meal. Parking was immediately outside of the room in which we stayed. The beds were the comfy, soft, memory foam type of mattresses,. I personally prefer a harder mattress (due to a lifetime of back problems) however I was able to get a good night sleep I just needed a little extra stretching in the morning. If you are the type of person who needs a hard or very hard mattress to sleep I would call and see if they have any and if not this may not be the right beds for you. If you like soft mattresses these are probably perfect for you. And if you are a person that can "sleep anywhere" you should be very comfortable on them as well. The in-room fridge and coffee maker were exceedingly helpful. The single cup coffee maker could even do tea without the "coffee flavor" in it if you use it to heat the water without putting in the pod basket thing at all. (The plastic thing that holds the pods was completely removable, a lot of times they are not so trying to heat water for tea always has the coffee flavor. Not an issue with these I actually enjoyed several cups of tea a day with no issue)
