Staff at front desk extremely helpful. Very courteous. Helped us with directions and guided us with details. GM Ms.Paula and her team very professional and helpful. Breakfast was sumptuous and the staff helpful. The shuttle to Union Station was a great help. Will surely recommend and visit again

I loved everything about this hotel. The location was close to everything. The pictures from Booking.Com were exactly the same. The hotel was very clean, the staff were very nice & accommodating. I arrived two hours before check in time & there was a room available that I was able to get. The breakfast was hot & delicious. I just loved this place. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in this area.

The location of the hotel was away from the nearest public transport but they have a shuttle service to the Union station. The staff was wonderful in helping and directing people to their destination.
