The place was fine but we had booked to go to the thermal baths which were a big disappointment.

The thermal resort is very beautiful and well-equipped, despite my unpleasant experience with the owner of one of the many cabin groups on the property. There's something for everyone, and the pools are excellent.

An excellent place to relax and disconnect from your routine. The pools are very relaxing. I recommend visiting the hot springs during the colder months; it's the perfect combination of enjoying the warmth of the pools with the coolness of the outside air.

They looked very, very run down, at least compared to 4 or 5 years ago. I was very surprised to see hardly anyone there during Carnival week! The butcher shop didn't have any meat and got some for the evening, but we couldn't even buy it because of the state it was in. So if you go, buy the meat yourself.

Upon entering, it's not quite what you see in the photos, but once you get to know the place, it's pleasant. It has good access to everything on the property. A local map would be helpful. The shops inside are very accessible and the service is good. The staff throughout the property are very friendly. The public restrooms are very clean. The pools have a pleasant temperature, and the water is changed daily on a rotating basis.

I really liked it.

I really liked it. I think it's missing a supermarket and some other services. The existing market is lacking. There were too many people for the limited economic infrastructure. The indoor pool is the best I've seen in Uruguay: VERY NICE. I hope they copy it in Almiron, Salto, Dayman, and Arapey.

Remove the man on the night shift on Friday, December 3rd.

Remove the man on the night shift on Friday, December 3rd. His manner is awful; he refuses to do his job. He's very strict when you enter and register, but of course, once is enough. Sir! If people go elsewhere, your job is to take their temperature when they return! You're not paid to sit around!
