I was very impressed with this gem of a hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly, facilities were fantastic and price was excellent. Evidently a lot of time and money has been invested in this hotel to make it function so well. It was exactly what I needed after 3 weeks on the pamir highway and up in the mountains!

Every receptionist (we came to meet 3 of them) was extremely friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast with lots of dishes to choose from. Great spacious modern room. The best from the Art hotels chain. We happened to visit Art Eco hotel as well - it was nowhere near Art Deluxe.

The location is great: close to wonderful restaurants, for example Bek and Sim Sim, as well as Apex pizza if you prefer something casual, also two shops open till midnight selling soft drinks and chips, several bus stops near (The public transportation in Tashkent is very reliable and comfortable). The place is sparkling clean. The staff is always around ready to help you, very polite and quiet. There are two swimming pools indoors and outdoors, and my sons went there first thing after breakfast. They not only feyltch you taxi, but recommend best places to visit sightseeing and also to buy gifts from. Comfortable lounge area around both of the pools. There was always something new to try each morning at breakfasts - a great variety of local fresh produce, treats, and pastry. The serving is top-notch. I tried khalva there and then bought it from Local Bazaar for gifts. The place is so quiet you almost forget you are not in the Palace but in the city. It is 20 min drive to the airport, which is great, no worries to get in time. I especially want to mention Kahramon the driver - he helped to drive my mom to greet us at airport and then to wave us goodbye and then he drove my mom home and helped to carry her stuff up to the doorstep. He knows the best route, very polite and professional. I also want to thank MuhammadAziz- always ready to help, always with a smile. I will recommend this place to all my friends, colleagues and relatives.

The breakfast is great, true taste of the Uzbeck food and lots of fresh fruits. The table service is in time and for sure is better than other Hiltons I've stayed. Bed is very comfortable, security people did keep their eye on this place 24hrs, and I like the sense of international that you can see vistors from all over the world stay here. After all, I suggest vistors to check the city park at 7pm. Seeing locals with their children in the park playing around is the scene I'll always remember.
