It was absolutely amazing. The most friendly staff we've ever encountered in a hotel. The rooms are very big and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the airco was working perfectly The restaurant has good food and service. Also it is very nice to sit in the garden to enjoy a drink. We were served complementary fruits and tea which was so so nice! Also the staff speaks English very well. We loved it! Also we forgot the registration paper; however they send it to us via e-mail the same day.

Best accommodation during our holiday in Uzbekistan (incl. Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Shahrisabz). Very big, beautiful and cozy rooms including bathrobes, water, dry fruits. The pool is wonderful, such a one can only be rarely found in Uzbekistan (unfortunately there were many water-splashing teenagers in the pool). Breakfast and food are of good quality, we especially liked the garden and the attentive young waiter there. Unfortunately we haven't seen so much of Kokand as we enjoyed life in this hotel so much.

kokand is not worth it. the city is destroyed by traffic and cars. no sidewalks. its too warm and polluted and the ancient landmarks you should be able to see have been completely modified, receiving an extreme makeover. historical buildings have been damaged forever. no heritage protection whatsoever...

Kokand is a beautiful city with many great monuments. The park around the palace was wonderful and a great place to hang out at night on a hot summer day, with all the activities going on. People were really nice and friendly. Never felt safer and more welcomed in all of Uzbekistan

There is not a great deal to see in Kokand, but the Khan’s palace and the various old mosques and medressas were interesting, as was the bazaar. The people were very friendly and hospitable - we were invited to have lunch in three different medressas! We were also spontaneously offered lifts to places we were looking for. Kokand is a good starting point for visiting the silk-producing town of Margilon and the ceramics town of Rishton, both of which were very interesting. The train journey to and from Tashkent goes through some spectacular scenery.
