I arrived in Samarqand, and the hotel arranged a taxi to pick me up at the airport, which they also paid for. This service is very helpful for newcomers to the city, as it ensures ease and prevents the stress of getting lost. Additionally, they arranged another taxi (also free) to take me to the train station at 12:30 AM. Hotel is new and clean. Breakfast is amazing, location is excellent because it is just few meters to Registron Square.

The hotel is very nice and the staff working there are polite and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean and have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is a bit far from the old town, but it is within walking distance or it is very easy and economical to grab a taxi. Actually, the hotel is in a modern part of the city so it is practical if you need to change your money in a bank or grab something from the store And free airport transfer is definitely a nice convenience. All in all, I I couldnt't have picked a better hotel for my stay in Samarkand.

The best place where we stayed during whole journey through Uzbekistan. The staff at the reception is super polite and helpful. Hotel is located in a quiet area very close to Registan. Room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Very tasty breakfast, there were plenty of vegetarian options.

It was very new property and beautifully furnished. Our family room was on the 3rd floor and it was very comfortable and spacious Bedrooms are large and gave lounge sofas and a balcony. The host was very hospitable and very caring towards the needs of our elderly parents. They arranged a bedroom on a lower floor ( since there is no elevator) and even let them rest past checkout time until it was time for our train. Breakfast is a nice spread- uzbek traditional breakfast.

Location was perfect right next to the main square. Breakfast was good. Room included water bottle and a little packet containing toothbrush, toothpaste and floss stick. Staff are super helpful and always happy to help. Would highly recommend this place.

A few of us came to Samarkand to run and watch the Samarkand Marathon. When the run was over, we asked if they could open breakfast a bit later and they agreed. They were super accommodating throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and clean, making it easy to sleep in after taking the Sharq train at night. The shower was great, especially after doing the run. Finally, the breakfast was super delicious.
