The staff was very welcoming and helpful during my stay. They also helped me find the right bus station to visit Muynaq and I was even priviliged to be picked up by the manager itself after my return from daily trip to Muynaq as there were not many decent taxi options. The breakfast was excellent, with many options to pick. The staff speaks english very well, so it was way easier to communicate.

Everything was perfect. Even the breakfast. I have to point out, that I had the coffee ever in central Asia as they have a real full automatic coffee mashine. Staff was friendly and helpful, much more than just doing their jobs. Sometimes had nice conversations with the receptionists. Room was cleaned everyday.
