The staff was very helpful and kind. I even left with a small gift left from the daughter of the receptionnist. What an attention! The breakfast buffet was also very nice! I would come back!

Was in a great position, on the bus route from Khiva and opposite the bus station. The staff were very accommodating and after a 10 minute wait, gave us our room around 10.30am. Plenty of hot water. A short taxi journey from the airport.

Bright and airy entrance and reception area. Rest of hotel very well lit and clean enough. Pool and sauna/steam room were an added bonus. Temperature of the pool was a bit sporadic but al aye felt clean. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
