We stayed at this Japanese style hotel during our time in the southern part of Phu Quoc. The location was excellent – right across from the cable car and nearby other activities with a small 24-hour market conveniently next door. The hotel offered a free ticket to the Sun World Hon Thom cable car, theme park, water park, and the Kiss Bridge. It also offered a free sightseeing tour in the Sunset Town, however we did not take part in it. We received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The room itself was beautiful, with a calm Japanese atmosphere. The soft, adjustable lighting created a pleasant ambiance. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. The bathroom was especially nice. Everything was very clean, new, and functioned as expected. The balcony offered a direct view of the evening fireworks, which was a highlight. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, polite, and genuinely caring. Service was excellent across all touchpoints. Breakfast was small but well prepared. The hotel gym was more than sufficient for a holiday stay. The spa, like the rest of the hotel, was clean, peaceful, and tastefully designed. The spa staff were also polite, skilled, and professional, contributing to a relaxing experience. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, largely thanks to the consistently high level of service and attention to details. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and effortless holiday. If you appreciate good service, a calm atmosphere, and thoughtful details, this place is your choice.

Had a wonderful stay at Sole Casa Phu Quoc! The staff were incredibly friendly, hospitable, and caring—going out of their way to help us find a universal plug. Family run hotel, great atmosphere and owner was really helpful with all our needs. This is what sets the place apart from everywhere else i have stayed and would therefore highly recommend. Breakfast was included and was a 2min buggy ride away. Rather than the usual buffet, bkfast was freshly cooked to order, therefore allow some extra time. The rooms were new and clean. We found that everything we needed was provided in the room, including hairdryer, kettle, water, coffee and tea and a mini fridge. I would definitely recommend this place. Twin rooms are larger and more spacious than doubles. Great view of the fireworks from the room on the higher floors with sea view.

The hotel is situated on the beachfront, only a few steps away. The rooms are fully equipped, clean and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Clean and decent bedding, towels and curtains. The lady managing the hotel is very kind and friendly. Also the lady responsible for the cleaning is very sweet. The hotel is at khem beach resort, a very well maintained beach area. Certainly one of the best beaches I have ever been to. An island paradise! To add to the convenience, there is a free shuttle bus running between Khem Beach Resort and Sunset Town (cable car station to the water park & one of the best night markets). There is a street vendor across the road from the hotel selling delicious banh mi's, döner kebabs and hamburgers. And next to her is a lady selling delicious freshly made fruit juices, coffees and smoothies.
