• “A truly authentic Mekong experience! The bungalow was simple but charming, surrounded by fruit trees and lotus ponds. We loved cycling through the village, joining a local family for cooking, and just relaxing in the peaceful garden. Staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home.” • “If you’re looking for luxury, this is not the place. But if you want authenticity, warm hospitality, and nature, Mekong Rustic is perfect. The highlight for us was waking up to the sound of birds and enjoying breakfast with fruits picked from the garden.” • “The cooking class and market visit were unforgettable. Firstly the great welcome on arriving. My room was large with very good facilities and with a balcony - all for a very cheap price. The location was excellent within short walking distance of the river front, restaurants, the markets and the ferry over to the island. Tram the owner was brilliant - she spoke excellent English and was keen to help with any transport during and after my stay - she made my stay very welcoming.
