We came for the second time and it’s perfect. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need. It’s the perfect place to start the ha Giang loop. Good choice of scooters and motorbikes, optional insurance (recommended, a scratch, fall, or flat tire can happen quickly and this covers everything), they store your luggage for free and can easily book a bus for you (even via WhatsApp), and the VIP cabin we booked here was the best night bus we took in all of Vietnam! We had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere and did the loop on our own. We called the hotel and they really helped us to get our tire changed and communicated with the locals. We would have been lost without them. Thank you so much!

Brand new, well designed hotel with huge,spotless guest rooms and plentiful breakfast. We went for spa treatments (30%off made the price reasonable for the convenience of not having to leave the hotel). The deep tissue massages by Pink and Sakura were exceptional. Also Sakura, who manages the spa, went above and beyond helping me with an external laundry service that I needed to communicate with. Service at the bar and restaurant was just fine - a few communication issues but nothing that I’d mark as a negative.

Ha Giang Yolo House's convenient location helps me easily explore famous attractions without spending much time traveling. Very nice hotel and great service by Huyen. We arrived in the evening and were still able to book a bike tour for the next day :) We have an awesome 3 day bike tour with amazing views along the way. Big thanks to Chung and Bang for showing us around.
