Huge room with a nice bathroom. Can't believe how cheap it was—I kept wondering what the catch was! Staff were ALL friendly and helpful. Shout-out to Lucifer who helped us with all our questions about renting a bike for the Loop (self ride). They also let us store our luggage there for our trip, even without us doing a tour with them. 10/10 for real.

Brand new, well designed hotel with huge,spotless guest rooms and plentiful breakfast. We went for spa treatments (30%off made the price reasonable for the convenience of not having to leave the hotel). The deep tissue massages by Pink and Sakura were exceptional. Also Sakura, who manages the spa, went above and beyond helping me with an external laundry service that I needed to communicate with. Service at the bar and restaurant was just fine - a few communication issues but nothing that I’d mark as a negative.

Everything was great. Hotel is new and everything is so perfectly clean. The staff was extraordinary. He was nice and helpful. We also used the laundry. Breakfast was vietnamese and good. They have prepared it for us earlier, because we had to grab a morning bus.

Ha Giang Yolo House's convenient location helps me easily explore famous attractions without spending much time traveling. The 3-day or 4-day Ha Giang Loop tour is very high quality, the drivers are always safe and friendly. Community support activities such as charity and free English classes are very appreciable. The best places I stayed in Vietnam, the structure of the Inn is really good, the dorms have plenty of space everything looks new and clean. The price is really good as well and it's breakfast included (you have 3 options to choose). The best part is the staff they are really nice people and helpfull, I reccomend staying longer than just 1 day before/after the loop there are so much to explore in Ha Giang. Just ask the staff they will give you great recomendations where to visit!
