Great place to stay on Cham Island - 500 m easy walk from the Arrival Quai - friendly and trustworthy hosts - great coffee and breakfast- the little monkeys from the village also like the place :-)) - and no worries. We would go again to the same place for 2-3 nights on Cham island- clean rooms, well-working AC, central location, nice hosts - what else do you need (plus helpful if you want to rent scooters, snorkeling equipment or anything).

Ly and her lovely family are running this Homestay very well. We felt comfortable and welcome and enjoyed our stay a lot and even extended our stay from one night to two nights which I would recommend as a minimum to enjoy the spirit of the island. Ly has helped us a lot with travel arrangements (rebooking boat tickets and moto taxi ride back to pier by her husband) and arranged for a snorkeling trip with her uncle fisherman on a bamboo boat to a place with lots of corral. With my son we also enjoyed night fishing the traditional way from bamboo boat for which Ly's husband has taken us. Also the food and drinks were excellent here and very reasonable prices. We had a grilled fish (which was caught by her husband) and it was just great. The location is a small fisherman village some 5 km from the pier / center which we wanted and enjoyed a lot for quite spirit. Easy to explore the island and other beaches on a motorbike which we rented on the pier upon arrival. Recommend to bring some shoes for swimming and own snorkeling equipment to use on the beach in front of the homestay.

The owner of the place and his family were very sweet and welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed.

With mountain views, Monkey Homestay & Bar is located in Tân Hiệp and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden and sun terrace.

If you don't want to bother booking everything by yourself, you can do basically everything through them, from the speedy boat to the meals to the snorkeling. They came to the harbor with an electric car and brought us to the Homestay.

Family owned local homestay, made us very welcome. Great breakfast every morning, great food 1 minute away at Noms Restaurant, they got us a bike to rent and loaned us snorkels, would definitely recommend

Linh was super accommodating and helped with everything. Even when the boat back to the main land wasn’t going for a day and she organized everything for me for the next day. She is a great cook and even made cinnamon roles for everybody in the afternoon. I can highly recommend staying at her Homestay.
