Hotel is very new. Top of class cleanliness. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, was able to sleep very well. Excellent customer service. They kindly kept our luggages after we checked out so we could still have our afternoon tour. They also kindly let us use the shower and other amenities for free even after our tour and just before going to the airport. Location is walking distance to shops and restaurants. A good leisurely walk going to Hoàn Kiem lake. Very good value for money. Close to luxurious experience for a fraction of the price. Will definitely recommend to friends who plan to stay in Hanoi.

We travel a lot, but this was by far our best hotel experience. We were lucky to receive a room upgrade and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Hanoi. A special thank you to Camellia, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything.
