Everything. They did everything to make our stay comfortable and were always willing to help us before we ask! We didn't tell them about my birthday, however they had perhaps found it by checking my passport on our arrival and gave me a lovely birthday surprise (even a big birthday cake!) Highly rated to stay here 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Staying at Hoi An Babylon Riverside Hotel was one of the best parts of my Vietnam trip. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. My room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of the river. I slept so well each night—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect after a day of exploring. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh, tasty dishes to choose from every morning. The pool area was also a nice bonus—clean, quiet, and great for relaxing. The location is just right: close enough to walk or bike into the old town, but far enough to enjoy a break from the crowds. I absolutely loved my stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!

The hotel was classy and elegant with a touch of exotic architecture. It was spread out over beautiful, spacious gardens with several buildings, making it a really unique experience. There was a huge pool, and it was nice being so close to the city center. Bikes were free to rent, which was a great perk. The staff was super friendly, which seemed to be a common and lovely thing in Vietnam. With an excellent breakfast every morning, it was probably one of the best hotel experiences I had in Vietnam.

What all the reviews say about Flower and Robert are true! Flower made our visit to Hoi An truly a special one. I've been in Hoi An a few times, but following her recommendations truly made the trip incredibly enjoyable. Upon hearing that we hadn't yet tried a banh mi on our trip, Flower made a point to send us off with a banh mi each, and even timed her afternoon to make sure she would be able to reheat mine to be nice and crispy before I left to the airport. The rooms are clean, modern and simple.

I liked Da Nang city more than this place, it's a bit far from everywhere and the beach is not very clean. This place is good if you're staying in a 5 star resort with most facilities on site.
