Very peaceful environment. It was the perfect place to overcome our jet lag. Much better to avoid going into Hanoi upon overseas arrival. The staff were wonderful. Nice breakfast.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the city with clean and comfortable rooms. The owner of the property (Ms. Hue) is super friendly, helpful and speaks English very fluently. Probably, Pham Hotel & View is best choice in price range. Surely we will be back someday.

We checked out at 8am but changed our mind afterwards and asked if we can use the room between 10 am and 12. The host had no problem with that even tho the room was cleaned already. Excellent stay overall.
