The location is unbelievable, the most beautiful place i have ever slept at. Amazing views. Very nice owners, made me dinner and a light breakfast. The stay is really authentic, all the animals roaming freely at the nearby field... just a wonderful place!!

Bick is the most exceptional host who will welcome you into her family, ensuring you feel comfortable and enjoy your time. Staying at Bikki Jungle Homestay will allow a window into the lives of the Red Dzao Tribe of the Northern mountains of Vietnam. Bick and her family welcomed us with hospitality and kindness, showing us their unique way of life including cooking, tasting valuable teas, and swimming in waterfalls. We trekked through the jungle, ate delicious food, and learned some phrases in the specific dialect of Vietnamese. Thank you Bick for being the wonderful person you are, and ensuring all your guests have a great time! ☺️ *important note on directions* - if arriving at Bikki Jungle Homestay by yourself, make sure you turn LEFT at the sign that says “welcome to Lung Tao Village” (pictured). The lotus flowers at Panhou Retreat are truly beautiful! I admired the vibrant blooming lotuses by the lake, creating a picturesque scene. Every morning, when the sunlight shines on the water's surface, the flowers look even more radiant. This is a wonderful place for taking photos and relaxing; I feel like I've stepped into paradise

Beautiful room with terrace overlooking the valley, big clean comfy beds and a lovely bathroom. No a/c but two good fans, no issues with being too hot overnight and slept really well. The meals were all excellent, the staff catered really well for us as vegetarians and made us two lovely evening meals and breakfasts. We have been travelling by motorbike and decided to rest for two nights at Hoang Su Phi so had a lovely relaxing day just walking around the village, having a swim in the pool and chilling out in the bungalow - perfect location for this!

I stayed at this homestay for 13 days and absolutely loved it — both for the incredibly beautiful location and for the chance to get to know the family. The hosts are wonderfully attentive and welcoming. Here, you can enjoy complete quiet or ask about anything that interests you — they’ll treat you with genuine care. The internet is excellent, there’s always hot water, and the bed is comfortable (though the pillows might feel a bit high for some). There are plenty of places to work on a laptop. There’s so much to explore around — you can wander the village for days. You’ll definitely find spots you fall in love with. I sincerely recommend staying here for a while instead of just passing through.

Amazing location, very tricky to find as had poor mobile signal but well worth the effort.

Best resort experience, deserves a two night stay but one night was enough for us to cherish the place. The staff were very helpful especially the young lady vien who helped us with the route to reach ha giang even after checking out from their resort. She was constantly in touch through watsapp making sure that we were taking the right roads because the main roads shown in Google maps were under repair.
