We had a wonderful stay in Hoi An at the Grand Sunrise Palace. We booked the Presidential Suite for 3 days. Great room with little surprises every day (cakes, wine) a great welcome and perfect service. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful at all times. big thanks goes to Luna .She made our holiday perfect. Thank you for that. The location is great. It's a 15-minute bike ride (free) to the beach and the city. The location is absolutely fine. breakfast with a large selection. We can highly recommend the hotel.

The staff at this hotel was incredible! Everyone was so friendly, very obliging and super professional. The rooms are clean, well equipped and the bed is really comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very big with a lot of different options. I alsway want to point out the Spa. I had a vietnamese massage, foot massage and facial done by Dao. She was amazing and the whole session (120 minutes) was really relaxing and pleasant. I actually extended my 2 night stay to 5 nights in total - so that says everything i guess:)

I was welcomed with one of the warmest greetings from the staff. As I walked in, a woman named 'Wendy', hosted me with exceptional hospitality. The room was superb. Best of all, Wendy taught me hpw to ride a scooter, which enabled me to go on a solo bike ride to-and-fro MySon sanctuary and around. Loved my stay there.

If you go to Hoi An i would highly recommend you this hotel. Aside for the fair price per night, the included breakfast is really nice, the room is clean and with a lot of light thanks to the balcony. The distance to the center is close enough to go walking and is way nicer to stay a bit away from the center due to the noise, people and traffic. They also offer free bicycles with the rice fields just next to the hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and speak good english. We had read about a lot of hotel scams in vietnam (fake reviews) so we want underline that our review is 100% real and what we experienced.

    Beautiful old town.

    Beautiful old town. Would recommend a visit to Poison which does tasty iced coffee and good food. Hoi An roastery coffee is also a good stop for coffee. Faifo coffee is also lovely, go upstairs to get great rooftops views over the old town. Have a wander and bargain at the night market always good fun. There are so many bars and restaurants to choose from but the best thing is coffee.

    Loved Hoi An.

    Loved Hoi An. Restaurants were great and there was a lot of shopping. We loved eating at Mirning Glory. The food was exceptional and the view over the river was beautiful at night with all the lanterns out up.

    If you want a truly immersive Vietnamese experience without big city noise you should visit Hoi An. It’s a cozy little town, the ancient town at night with the river lined up with lantern boats, silk and leather shops, wonderful tailors shops, small temples, people enjoying Bai Choi game and singing, the basket boats, the lovely rice fields…..it was truly local and beautiful.

    Simple quaint town with easy food and transport. Food was awesome and plenty to choose from. About 2 night's stay is sufficient leaving days to spend elsewhere in the area. Souvenir and craft shops looked really good, be prepared to bargain a little but most owners are not overly aggressive. Nice views by the river for sunsets. Sunrise is early at 5.30am and jogging around to explore is possible and fairly safe too.

    The Ancient Town is still great for a day or (maximum) two, but the whole place has become over commercialized. If I were to return, I'd probably stay near An Bang (quieterz has better and cheaper food, proximity to an o-kay beach) as it is easy to get a Grab and commute back and forth.

    The staff were very helpfull and polite. We didnt want for anything. They advised us on the best places to go. They provided a lovely breakfast for us every morning. Beautiful rooms, the view was awsome over looking the river. Recommend staying here

    Great location, 5/10 minute walk to the beach and they offer free transportation into the old town. All the staff were excellent, so friendly and servant all of the time. Talking us through nearby trips, best food places and routes to the best nearby beaches. All areas of the hotel were exceptionally clean. We even booked for two extra nights as we just had such a great experience and definitely one to remember throughout our travels around Vietnam. Will definitely be returning to this hotel in the near future.

    The most perfect stay! Modern spacious rooms, powerful shower with hot water, perfect location close to the old town. The owners are absolutely lovely and made our stay in Hoi An extra special, we really did not want to leave. We were made to feel like family and enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Hoi An and if we ever come back to this part of Vietnam we would definitely stay again!

    Fabulous small boutique hotel by the riverside around 15 mins from Hoi An’s Old Town. We had a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids which was a great size and very comfortable. Excellent pool for cooling off after a day visiting the sights in and around Hoi An. Fantastic breakfast too. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly.     Hoi An Palmy Villa is one of those little gems. The facilities are great, nice large rooms, very friendly and helpful owners (family) and staff who do anything to please. Nice, big pool. In a great location near Ba Le market so easy going to either Old Town, the beaches or the rice fields. For long staying guests they even provide a free lunch one day for you with traditional Vietnamese meals.

    The quiet location, a smaller boutique hotel. Sensational concierge a special thanks to Rita and Anna. The spa centre is fantastic one of the most amazing massages of my trip.Clean and spacious rooms-amazing buffet breakfast . Great shuttle service to the old town or Ang Bang Beach. Free bikes. Seriously this place has it all. It was our second visit and will be back!
