Everything was great! Hugo and his family are the sweetest! He picked us up at 2 am from the train station, we could checkin early (for a small fee), the room was huuuuge, clean and all in all amazing. Breakfast was delicious(you can choose between 5 or 6 options)! we alsl bookes a tour and a bus with Hugo and all worked out perfectly! We could rent a bike for free and they had a cute cat and 2 sweet children 😍

Lovely team is very helpful with anything you might need to know, a lot of cute animals around, twice free yoga in a day. Unfortunately, we could not go trekking because it was raining. Would come back 100%.

As a remote worker, I craved both productivity and peace—Nguyen Shack delivered halfway. The serene environment and daily yoga were balm for my burnout, and the riverside hammocks became my office. However, the Wi-Fi was unreliable beyond the common area, making video calls stressful. The vegetarian meals were delicious, and the staff’s homemade ginger tea was a thoughtful touch. Rooms are basic (no AC), but the fan sufficed. Ideal for those unplugging, but tech-dependent travelers might struggle. Still, I left feeling refreshed, if slightly behind on emails!

Lovely, friendly people. Offered me coffee and breakfast one morning which was nice and also gave me a lift into town on the motorbike while mine was being repaired. Is slightly out of the way so ideally you would want a bike to get into Phong Nha

Nice place with great view on the river. Clean. Super nice owner (Tien)who helps with everything. And he is definitely not so pushy like a lot of Vietnamese. We really liked this place. Great pool. Big recommendation

What a beautiful family run buisiness, such care and attention to detail, with warm smiles and gentle hospitality you can't ask for more, service is top priority with Tu Tu, all set in a beautiful new airy building. Don't miss out on the family meal, incredible value and totally delicious. On my return list for sure.

The owner was more than accommodating, it was a very rainy day and we needed food but couldn’t ride our bike. We ordered food from the owner and she brought it to the home stay and set it all up for us. The food was amazing. Very homely environment and comfy beds.
