The staff were happy and helpful and the new hotel facilities were clean, comfortable and very modern. The shower was the best I’ve had in vietnam, and the comfort helped me rest before my flight.

Very conveniently located and perfect for a place to rest/freshen up at before your next flight. The staff were really kind and agreed to let me check me in early morning. They helped me with pick-up and a drop-off to the airport as well.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping everything tidy during my stay. The hotel’s location is convenient, with restaurants, shops, and public transportation within walking distance. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection of both local and international dishes, though I would have appreciated a bit more variety. excellent welcome and preoffesionalism. I felt safe at all times. I arrived at midnight alone at the airport, I sent a whatsapp message to the hotel who said a driver would pick me up in 10 minutes, they described the car and numberplate so I knew I was getting in the right one, the same guy who drove the car was also the receptionist! The next morning I needed some breakfast and I was directed to a lovely local kitchen for some Bun cha. I trusted the guy very much and he is a credit to the hotel! First night in Vietnam was a very good one!! I highly recommend staying here, don't bother getting a taxi by yourself in the middle of the night, take these guys up on their shuttle offer!
