Overall, the experience was a 10/10. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond by gifting us a voucher for the bar and even allowing us to use a room to shower before heading to the airport — a truly thoughtful gesture. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed every detail and felt right at home. The facilities were excellent. The pool offered stunning views and a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant was also a highlight — both dinner and breakfast were delicious and perfectly prepared. And the underground bar is a must if you enjoy live music; we caught a performance there and absolutely loved it. To summarize, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place. We would definitely come back.

We had a fanstastic stay at Serene Central Hotel. The staff were professional and helpful with every question we had. They made sure we were comfortable and went above and beyond — delivering same day laundry services, ordering an airport taxi, and even making us a packed breakfast for our early flight. We got to enjoy the full breakfast buffet as well, and it was a great spread with lots of choices — classic breakfast food plus local options. The location is ideal — it's in Old Quarter but not in the overly-tourist areas. There are cool craft shops, great restaurants, and interesting cafes and bars nearby. Highly recommend!

When we first arrived at the hotel all the staff were so welcoming. It felt like we had a family with Danny, Felix, Jenny, Lovey, Mia, Daisy and Lilly. If I missed anyone I apologise, Breakfast was outstanding for the price. The range was great and the service was wonderful from Daisy and Lilly. The entire staff could not be more helpful. The service was amazing.
