The location of the Hotel is very convenient in terms of reaching every highlight of the city. The nicest beach is only 2 minutes away walking. We arrived to Nha Trang by bus from Hoi An, bus station is located 5 to 7 minutes from hotel by Grab/taxi. The gentlemen on reception are very nice and friendly, always very proactive for providing information and helping with any question we had, they also helped us find the tour services we were looking for. The room itself was great, the size is good with much space, windows and well equiped. Room and bathroom very clean and tidy. The pool located in the roof top is in very good condition and also a terrace for chilling is available, nice and very spacious. It is also possible to leave your luggage after check out. We felt very comfortable during our stay. We totally recommend this hotel and for sure would come back. Thanks for the service.

Very Good Hotel – Clean, Comfortable, and Great Location I had a really good stay at Avari Hotel in Vietnam. The hotel is not fancy, but it’s modern, clean, and well taken care of. The staff are friendly and especially polite in the restaurant—service was great. The food was tasty and everything was clean and well organized. The hotel is in a quiet area, which is perfect for relaxing, but still within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment. There’s also a nice view of the sea from the hotel. Overall, a great place to stay if you want comfort, cleanliness, and a good location.

The level of service was impressive. Security took out bags and brought it to reception immediately after we stepped out of the taxi. They gave us welcome drink, made early check-in even though we didn’t confirm it in advance. The room was clean and nice with the perfect view on sea and mountains. Nha Trang is a lovely beach but can get extremely busy during peak times not only with people but with cars, motorbikes and noise. Crossing the road was like playing russian roulette a little worrying at first but somehow it all seems to work with the cars, people crossing and the motorbikes, so we did master it pretty quickly

Very nice place.

Very nice place. Recovering from the ravages of COVID - some places are still not open or redeveloping. With the invasion of Ukraine 🇺🇦 by Russia 🇷🇺 - as a Canadian, whose people and government support Ukraine - the largest population of Ukrainians outside Ukraine is Canada 🇨🇦 - I found it difficult to be around so many Russians who were on vacation and enjoying themselves in Nha Trang while their military and government was raining down bombs on the civilian population of Ukraine 🇺🇦. I wanted to speak with the Russian people I met to ask them to stop the madness of the war they started with Ukraine.

Great place to visit, just the amount of plastic and...

Great place to visit, just the amount of plastic and cigarette butts along the beaches! And the rudeness of the motorcycle riders riding the wrong way on the streets and footpaths. Pedestrian crossing are very dangerous! Maybe they should have more of a police patrolling the streets.

Do not take a ride in the Rickshaw as they dont tell u the price then tried to charge us 500000VND for a 10 minute ride. Make sure you have cash is king as we had issues with Wise Cards at some Atms Use grab Taxis much cheaper than one off the street

The city is vibrant, with great culture, people, sightseeing places, food, prices. Unfortunately, Nha Trang is packed with russians, they are rude, aggressive, scandalous. Locals might not know English at all but will know some words in russian instead, which is annoying. 90% of store sings are in russian as well, it felt like we are in a russian-occupied town.

It was the best hotel I ever stayed at during my time in vietnam. AND it was super cheap compare to others hotel I stayed in HCM, Đà Lạt, Nha Trang, Cần Thơ, and Vĩnh Long, and Merlot was the best. It was clean, location was walking distance from good food restaurants, beach and shopping centers. Only downside was the guess staying in the room next to mine was a little loud.

Location is quite good very central. Hotel is cheap, and is quiet as it's in the aley. The girls working at the reception are very professional and helpful. That is all when it comes to positive things. And this is why I gave score 5, because of these positive things mentioned, otherwise together with the worst hotel taxi experience would be lower score.
