I was truly impressed by my stay! The service was outstanding – staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond and promptly addressing any requests. Our room revealed a direct, stunning view of the fireworks. The complimentary cable car tickets were a wonderful and appreciated perk. Breakfast was another highlight; everything was delicious and freshly made. Highly recommend!

Beautiful resort with friendly personnel and lovely food! Perfect location , close to beach , bars restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, all staff were very friendly and accommodating. The free pick-up from the airport was smooth and much appreciated.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the CASEPIA Hotel in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, and I can't say enough about the incredible experience I had there. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking views that this hotel offers. The stunning panoramic vistas of the azure waters of the ocean, the nightly firework right from our window and the lush, tropical landscape of Phu Quoc Island took my breath away. What truly sets CASEPIA Hotel apart is the exceptional service provided by the dedicated staff. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make my stay unforgettable. The level of hospitality and attentiveness was beyond my expectations, making me feel truly valued as a guest. One standout feature of CASEPIA Hotel is that the managers themselves reside on the premises. This personal touch adds a unique dimension to the overall guest experience. The managers were not only readily available to address any concerns but also took the time to engage with guests and share their local insights, enhancing our understanding of the culture and attractions of Phu Quoc. I had the pleasure of staying at Poplar Resort Phú Quốc for four nights, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the owner, Van, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of exceptional. Van's hospitality truly stood out during my time at the resort. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist me with any queries or requests I had. From booking attractions to arranging bike rentals and providing valuable recommendations for places to visit, Van's guidance was invaluable and greatly enhanced my stay. His warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home, and I genuinely appreciated his attentiveness throughout my stay. The resort itself exceeded all expectations. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed, exactly as depicted in the photos. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the island. I particularly appreciated the spacious shower, which was separate from the toilet room. VERY quiet and comfortable bungalow in the middle of a well maintained garden. Super swimmingpool nearby. Nanh and his wife do literally everything for you, so friendly and hospitable, they became friends in the two weeks we were there. Lots of restaurants nearby. Also no far to small beaches. We rent a scooter in the retreat, that the most easy way to get to several restaurants and beaches. But they have buggy also and bring you on request to nearby places and beaches.

We had a wonderful stay at Green Inn. The staff was very kind and helpful. We had a family room which was very spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good and super fast. Our stay included breakfast, bikes to ride and laundry service which was great. The hotel is in a very quiet area. We had free access to the outdoor pools, which were beautiful. Beach is 5 minutes walk and there is a great beach club right on the beach for meals, drinks, fire shows and pool. Many small restaurants in the area, a night market with many food stands. You also get a free buggy ride to the supermarket and back. Center of Phu Quoc is just a 20 min ride and there is the Sonasea night market 5 min in Grab. We had a lovely and relaxing stay! Definitely recommend it!

    Room & grounds were lovely. Beach was fantastic. The pool area needs more seating and the umbrellas at the beach all need to be replaced as they are damaged with metal parts hanging down dangerously. The resort is a little tired and just needs a spruce up but was still lovely.

    It was heaven on earth, absolutely beautiful. the scenery was breath taking. I loved the decor. The staff is wonderful, they treat and make you feel like family. I can honestly say, me and my daughter did not want to leave. The local cuisine is delicious. They take tranquility to a whole other level!

    3 nights at the resort would be perfect to enjoy your stay. Vinpearl Safari was good, you can pass on the Grandworld and the Vinwonders. We didn't go for the Island tours as we have already tried snorkeled at better options at other destinations (Eg. Thailand, Phillipines, Indonesia and Maldives).

    The food on resort was pretty good, surprisingly though, there were no Vietnamese food options. The Ibiza pool is great, and the beach there is super clean. The VinWonders amusement park nearby (2 minutes) is super fun, great value. The resort itself is extremely frustrating to stay at. Guests are not informed well enough about the resort, no maps given, nothing really explained, a buggy system that is inefficient. Buffet breakfast is good, if it's not busy, when it's busy, the kitchen can't keep up. All the restaurants on resort are Italian. Housekeeping doesn't use a checklist when cleaning, water doesn't get restocked, coffee not replaced, etc. They fumigated our villa before we arrived, it smelled so bad we couldn't stay in it, gave us all headaches. This matter was not given the right amount of attention to fix, I had to do a lot of follow up to make a switch happen.

    We were very happy with where we stayed on the Island as it was still very natural and the maintenance and protection of the natural environment was exceptional. However we were deeply shocked (appalled actually) when we saw other very built up parts of the Island with hotels and empty buildings by the block full. It was mass tourism and deeply disturbing and unattractive not to mention an awful destruction of the environment and local communities. For this reason we would not return to Phu Quoc and would not recommend it to other travellers.

    Phu qouc has the best weather, just cold and warm enough. The food is awesome. Its not as commercialised as other cities in vietnam. Its a cute small island with the perfect blend of love and culture. The roads are awesome, the infrastructure is awesome, the people are awesome.

    The best of the best. Everything is well thought. The pick up at the airport, the drink on arrival, the lovely staff, amazing rooms, the desogn is simple and tropical, the ouside bathroom is amazing… I’ve been around the whole island, this is the best beach you can find and it’s private. The restaurant food is also amazing, fresh and the setting is wow, on the beach. The spa is also one of the best I have done, in the nature surrounded by trees. I would go back to Phu Quoc just for that hotel.

    This resort is unbelievable. So worth the money for a real 5 star experience. We stayed in the mid range bungalows with a bath and our room was incredible. The staff cant do enough for you, very clean. The hotel has 3 restaurants and its own private beach which was beautiful. Probably the most luxurious place i have ever stayed. 100% stay here

    - Relatively quiet location, if cleaning woman will not wake you up in morning. Far from "ant-house" of Duong Dong area. - This is very new house. We were almost the first customers. So, rooms don't have mold, ants, etc. which is common in Vietnamese hotels. - There is big kitchen which can be used for cooking
