Excellent and nice hotel with friendly staff. They helped us with everything we needed and even made a free program of what we needed to visit, and special thanks for the help with finding my favorite Vietnamese dish - ca kho. I will definitely come back and recommend to friends

Set in a lovely quiet location out of the city , surrounded by mountains and fields .The staff were very warm and welcoming,and the whole place was beautifully designed with greenery and ponds and the most gorgeous bungalows! Ours was a little teepee type bungalow with a matress which was incredibly comfortable,and views from both sides ,of the garden and of the mountain. The vegetarian food we ordered was excellent. Lovely place , definitely would come back!

The friendly owners (Dung and Tuan) are super welcoming and helpful. They booked a van for us from Hanoi at very affordable rates. We also celebrated New Year's Eve with their family and friends. The staff is also very professional and always smiling. You are greeted with tea and footbath once you are back from your day visits. The breakfast options are very nice with plentiful of fruits. The recommendation are spot on with free bicycles. Lastly, the owners are so nice that they prepared a food package for us when we checked out. This is what makes them different from other properties. I will come again to this place and totally recommend everyone to stay at this wonderful place in Tam Coc.

The place is well maintained and the greenery, fishes on the open water pool add to its beauty. The room & bathroom are kept clean and the buffet breakfast is decent. The Hotel Manager Phuc was very gracious and he can help you with cycles, bikes, taxis, laundry etc. It's a good place to explore Tam Coc / Ninh Binh

The host Nga was extremely helpful from helping us to set our itinerary. It really felt like being at home as Nga and her family is so welcoming! And they are very flexible, we could use the shower and pool after finishing our hike despite we had already checked out. They can also drive you around Ninh Binh!

It must be called beyond wonderful, from the service, facilities, majestic natural landscape, and more than that, I chose the right hotel that was extremely comfortable, staying at SI GRAND HOTEL is like everyone will be fully supported.
