The host Mr.Tiung was very hospitable. He picked us up from the airport, gave a free upgrade on the rooms and provided us with excellent tour packages. The rates were very nominal but the service was amazing! Will definitely recommend to families and groups of friends.

Extremely friendly staff with great english, very helpful for organising trips or transport. Enormous bathrooms and a fabulous pool to cool off in the heat. Restaurant food was delicious, we tried other places but rated Lucky the best a d kept coming back to it.

Everything about the stay was magical and perfect. The location, the host Hoa and her family and team were wonderful and accommodating to your every need. The meals she prepared were delicious, and the heart was as warm as the weather. And I haven't even got to the magical sunsets yet!

My husband and I had a great stay at Coco Riverside. The room was clean, and San and Hung were super nice and helpful, offering to pick us up from the bus station and helping us arrange a tour of Phong Nha cave. Breakfast was great and the location was also close to several good restaurants. The view from the room and the common dining area for breakfast was amazing.

This family owned hotel has the perfect location. Room was great and they were so friendly and help you with everything. You can rent bikes, scooters and transport with them. You can leave your luggage at the reception after check-out and we even got tea and bananas in the evening while waiting for our bus. Thank you, we would stay again! :)

Staff were so friendly and kind. Beautiful balcony overlooking the river where you can eat delicious breakfast (available are pancakes, fruit salad, omelettes etc). Big room & bathroom. Bicycles for free and rented motorbikes and bus tickets at a cheap price. Would definitely recommend!
