Amazing homestay. It offers breathtaking views of the mountains, quiet (a little away from the noisy city center of Sa Pa) and affordable. The rooms are comfortable and well decorated. The garden is pleasant especially in early spring. Link and his family are very welcoming, attentive and speak English (which is not always the case in Sa Pa). She organized an excellent trek in the rice fields for my friend and I. I loved this stay!

EVERYTHING!!! Mama Tom Tom doesn't just offer her house and food, she offers a glimpse into the tradition and culture of the villages in the Sapa Valley. Mama Tom Tom is an incredibly kind and hardworking lady who speaks great English!! She took us on a 2-day trek with 1 night stay in her home. The treks had the most beautiful views, to which Tom Tom added her insights and answered all our curious questions! Her home is humble (built by her husband!!!), clean and traditional with all the basics that you require. NOT TO FORGET the most gorgeous view just outside!! She offers breakfast and dinner in the package, and lunch on the treks! I cannot emphasize the value for money enough!! If you are looking to support a local Hmong woman and learn about their culture, look no further!! O' Chau Mama Tom Tom ❤️

i love the serenity of the place. it was my first time to sleep peacefully in sapa. you won't hear any horns or motorcycles. the host is also very accommodating. we didn't meet them personally but was always responsive to us. highly recommended if you would want a peaceful place to stay

Everything was perfect, family is lovely and available, we shared a lot of moments with them. The place is quiet and peaceful. It was a great and unique experience. I stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience. The room had an amazing view of green hills and cloudy skies—very peaceful and beautiful. Special thanks to the kind girl at the reception(Sung). She welcomed me warmly, waited for me when I arrived late, and helped me plan my Fansipan and trekking trips. She was always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place for the view and the great service!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in my entire life. It's just AMAZING. Very very beautiful, conveniently located in centre of Sapa, easily accessible. The swimming pool was very pretty (and warm). All the decorations were very cute and classy. It was the only hotel in Sapa where I did not feel cold at all (I stayed in 3 different hotels), thanks to the central heating, I guess. The staff were super nice and helpful, spoke good English, treated me like a princess (I am a solo traveller). If you have the money, stay at this hotel for your last day in Sapa (just stay in the hotel so you can get the most out of it after you're done exploring Sapa). It's totally worth the price, trust me. Greetings to the receptionist lady who wore the infinity-shaped necklace and the bell guy with cute dimples who helped me take my luggage and brought me more bottles of water. Love it!!
