This is the best hotel I have been in Viet Nam. The staff is super friendly and provides tons of recommendations during checkin. They also gave a goodbye gift. The bedroom was super nice, spacious and comfy. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Hanoi.

Honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, especially for the price! The staff are just unreal, rooms amazing and the restaurant is one of the highest rated in Hanoi and rightly so! Long is the best bar manager on the planet and Suzy on the front desk is an angel. Spa is also fantastic too. We will be back every year.
