We have been travelling Thailand and Vietnam for 3.5 weeks and have stayed in lovely hotels but this was by far the most exceptional. it’s a beautiful place, decor really nice. Everything spotlessly clean. Staff absolutely exceptional. From Porter to receptionists to bar staff, restaurant staff and manager. We were looked after so well-a genuine warmth in everyone working here. We had the most delicious meal in the restaurant-it is expensive relatively speaking in Vietnam but it was so worth the extra money spent. it was haute cuisine. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. We do hope to come back to Vietnam and we would make a trip to Haiphong just to stay here.

From the moment I stepped into Wink Hotel Hai Phong, I was blown away. This place isn’t just a hotel – it’s an experience. Sleek, stylish, and ultra-modern, Wink delivers the perfect blend of comfort, design, and convenience. Every corner of the hotel feels thoughtfully curated – minimalist yet warm, trendy yet timeless. The hotel is vibrant and social, with a youthful energy that immediately makes you feel welcome and inspired. The hotel has everything you could possibly need – a pool, gym, meeting rooms for 30–40 people, self-service laundry, a chill beer spot, and even a mini restaurant with a full made-to-order menu and more. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were professional, attentive, and always willing to assist with a positive attitude. The room was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. I especially appreciated the hotel's elegant nature-inspired decor, which created a calm and luxurious atmosphere.
