Moon is a wonderful host, full of warmth and care. She even picked me up and dropped me off to the busses. Ms Oanh cooked delicious vegetarian meals for me. It is quiet, welcoming and clean. There are 3 cute dogs and I even got to attend one of Moon's singing bell ceremonies. I am looking forward to coming back one day.

Giang family is very friendly and hospitable. The place is very calm and beautiful. They organized us a great boat trip around the lake. The bungalow was sparkling clean and comfortable. Food was delicious. Highly recommended!

We fell in love with Vu Linh Palm house homestay. We should stayed one night but ended up three nights there. We had the deluxe bungalow what is really worth the money because it’s is luxurious with a nice bed, a balcony and a stunning view across the rice fields. Dai and his family are super sweet and friendly and you are a part of his family the minute you arrive. Also Mina who is staying there and took us everywhere was a blast! We put these people in our hearts and will never ever forget our stay here! We loved it!

A beautiful house in stunning surroundings. Undercover bike parking. Lovely spots to relax overlooking thac ba lake or the very large pond full of entertaining carp. My host Juan (apologies for spelling) and his family were super friendly and welcoming. As I was the only guest, Juan joined me for a couple of jugs of their rice wine over a delicious dinner - we ended up having our own karaoke party. Best night in my Vietnam trip.

The proprietor, Michael, is a super nice, helpful guy (although English is limited, easy to communicate with). Comfortable place, even if a bit older. Well equipped. Minibar and water bottle refills a nice touch. Great location. If you are looking for a break from the beaten path, Tuyen Quang a nice reprieve.

Tuyen Quang is a great city to visit, but what really made my experience great was booking at this homestay. The house is really new and modern so money is really worth it. The owner and the staffs are well trained and professional they will help you whatever you need. The owner speaks English as well so it’s easy for a foreigner to stay in. It is also a convenient place because it is near the market shopping centre restaurant and so on.
