As a culture lover, this is by far the most amazing and immersive experience I had in Vietnam. Many "homestays" that stayed at were not at all a homestay. But luckily I finally found this true Vietnamese home. They took me in like a family member. I learned how to make tofu(a must do there if you like tofu or curious)!! The house is beautiful and spacious, the hammocks on the rooftop overlooking the village, mountains, sunrise, sunset is just speechless. Also the food was 100% the best and most fresh I had in Vietnam. I truly had a wonderful time! Thanks to you all! I'll be back ❤️

We liked everything! The rooms are new and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is huge, clean, and there is everything you need. The surroundings are beautiful, with a small river, mountains and lots of plants in the garden (and fresh papayas!). It's also very quiet, so you'll sleep well. Last but not least - the family is so nice, they are so friendly and helpful, and it was great getting to know them. Bikes and scooters are available - I really recommend cycling. Couldn't recommend this place more - the hospitality and the environment were fantastic!

What a beautiful stay I have with my family. I have booked two bedrooms for 4 nights . The rooms were very clean they have fan and also clim.. for the breakfast you have between different option Viet breakfast and pancakes 🥞. The view from the bedrooms are amazing. The river is near the hotel as shown in the pictures. You have a Pool and have the possibility to ride bikes for free. And you can also rent a moto or have a private driver as we did. The family was very helpful always smiling and hardworking.

Breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed fresh fruits and pho along with some freshly squeezed juice. The new restaurant is so nice and offers a magnificent array of food choices. The staff were extremely friendly. And we’re always checking on us. The swimming pool is amazing and La Cactus rooftop cafe is so romantic at sunset looking across to Bai Dinh Pagoda. The cocktail selection was great and La Cactus cafe was our favourite spot to relax.

The staff is very kind and helped us in many ways to organize our trip in Ninh Binh. I would highly recommend visitors to come here if you want to have access to a local environment. The food was great and fully homemade with fresh ingredients. The room was spacious and cosy.
