Everything. It’s new, clean, well furnished with plenty of staff and high quality facilities. We loved our room, large comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, a small lounge area with table and double chaise lounge. Plenty of ambient lights, loads of storage and space to unpack all your belongings. Robes, slippers and the usual complimentary toiletries and tea making equipment, including a Chinese tea set. We had a small kitchenette which gave us a lot more space. All to a very good and comfortable standard. Could not fault the room. Staff spoke very good English and were extremely polite and helpful. We used the laundry room for a small fee so this was handy, the pool and gym were clean and well maintained.

This is the third time that I have stayed at the Royal Hotel. Location is very good close to the Temples and centre. Always very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful and welcoming.
