Everything!!! And mostly the hosts. They have a honest kindness. Food made,presented and served with love. they were the best hosts in our journey. a narrow path to walk in the forest with great views and small falls along they have their natural private small river to swim also with small falls. Very near by foot from the Hieu falls.

Everything was amazing. The Thai staff were all very welcoming, polite and hospitable. I made a reservation here but they asked if I wanted to have a better room at their other facility "Pu Luong Riverside Lodge" 1km from the Hieu Waterfall. Tucked away among the trees, the property is in a much quieter spot with great mountain views. The room they prepared for us had all the necessary amenities, a balcony, water heater and air conditioning. There is a small restaurant inside the homestay where we had dinner (with reservation) and breakfast. The food was all local and very fresh.

We give 10 out of 10 even though we haven't been there! We were traveling by motorcycle: the first night we had to move a night due to engine problems and on the second night we stupidly checked into another homestay. when the manager called because we didn't show up,... no problem she said, we won't charge anything, enjoy your trip! what understanding people!!!!

The resort is placed in charming scenery. Stag was friendly especially the receptionist David was really helpful and gave us all the information what we can do during our time in Serena. Room was spacious and clean. Pool well maintained and that was a pleasure to use it

We stayed in the lovely twin cabin with private bathroom. Both mattresses had big mosquito nets and a fan, hairdryer and kettle were also provided. The shower was good with hot water. Outside was a terrace with great views. The staff were lovely, and although their English was limited, there were no communication problems thanks to their clever use of WhatsApp to translate. They have an extensive and very reasonable menu and the food was delicious. The route to the homestay is very well signposted and the road, although a little steep, is sealed and in good condition. We had absolutely no problems finding and accessing the homestay.
