Everything was as described and as in photos. Clean and spacious room. Quick hot water and quality clean towels&linen. Comfortable bed, quiet at night. Free and safe parking. Safe area. Very hospitable and helpful owners, the entire family was extremely welcoming and friendly, we felt like family members, we chatted until late in the night and got free beverages and had really interesting conversations about culture and history etc. Highly recommend this place. This hotel was the perfect oasis to return to after a long day of seeing all of the sights and excitement that Kosovo has to offer! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, going out of their way to fulfill any special requests we had. Although it is just a few steps away from public transit and the busy city centre, the location was very quiet. We could not hear the noise from the main street, and cars rarely passed the hotel itself. The facilities are sparkling clean. We will definitely visit again. Faleminderit!
