Have stayed here 4 times before, so we knew of the high standards & creature comforts. Super friendly staff & very helpful. This time, hubby had booked a luxury room near to the bar/restaurant; before we had a cottage, so had a separate bedroom. Super & well equipped. Lighting a bit weak. Beautiful position right by the lake & luscious green lawn...so welcome & appreciated after 4 weeks in the sandy & very ungreen arid parks. Brilliant that WiFi is now INCLUDED. I had always put this as being needed, so well done & thank you! Copious breakfast is available as an extra. We were lucky enough to be there on Wed evening, which is one of the famous pizza evenings. The place was buzzing with a wonderful atmosphere. Drinks are fairly priced. We are sure to be back... an excellent stop after Upington for Augrabies Falls & then onto Springbok.

Spacious room with good pool. Obliging staff and good food at the restaurant. The room and common areas were elegant and comfortable. Great breakfast too. All for a very reasonable price.

If you ever want to experience a really quiet and special accommodation, you have to come here to Hanneke, Kobus and Angelo. Warm and helpful hosts with great tips of what to do locally, really nice accommodations (we had the pleasure of using both) and the wonderful serenity were great. The loudest noises around the campfire in the evening were the crackling of the firewood and the clinking of the ice cubes in the glass - and that with a spectacular starry sky. Simply fantastic. We've experienced a lot on our travels - and it really is one of our accommodation highlights. And if you're here - don't miss the great fillet when Hanneke offers it to you. We had a great time - many thanks to you three. Hope to see you again.

We received a warm welcome, friendly staff, excellent food. We had a nice big apartment with all the essentials we needed. They arranged for us braai meat as all the shop were closed due to the public holiday. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks
